Our vision :

• ESTOC Allied Corps shall assist the law enforcement efforts by supporting police and other government agencies in its operational geographic areas. Even presently, ESTOC is trying to reduce workload currently placed on the various agencies by providing high-quality professional security services that would not require a police officer or a specialised govt. agency’s response for the maximum time possible, and thereby reduce their workload. We even look forward to partner with them in the need of hour.
• ESTOC Allied Corps envisions to raising the profession and quality of service of Private Security field above current industry standards, leading by example. We shall accomplish this by provision of necessary, further, additional tactical and strategic training above the extent to which that is required, to ensure our officer safety and maximum effectiveness. ESTOC gives foremost importance to personnel training, and tries to improve its training practices regularly. We do not, and will not compromise on our hiring practices. In addition to this, we compensate (govt. regulated and total compensation) above prevailing industry standards to ensure our long-term success and long-term retention rate, further ensuring the rule of "Happy employee makes a Happy client" which we strongly believe is ultimately dependent on the team we create and retain.
• ESTOC Allied Corps aims to boost the public perception of the value of private security services by consistently delivering its service commitments and creatively seeking every opportunity to exceed expectations. We are aversive to complex business models involving partnerships, debts et al. that more often than not, prevent most firms, not just in the security field, from offering value-based solutions to their clients. We focus on outstanding service quality equal to, if not more than the value.
